Job Description
We are looking for a Plumber Helper to assist our experienced technicians in various plumbing tasks. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade and grow within the company. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and willing to take direction while gaining hands-on experience in the plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Help with setting up job sites, including gathering tools and materials.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying equipment.
- Cut and assemble pipes under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Experience & Requirements:
- Prior experience in plumbing or construction is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
