Founded in 1907, BOND has have managed many complex building and utility construction projects in the Northeast for notable clients such as Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston and Brown Universities, Eversource, and the Port Authority of NY/NJ. BOND has roughly $1B in annual revenue, 1000 employees and continues to grow and expand geographically.
Overview
You will be the third lawyer at BOND reporting to the Chief Risk & Legal Officer with excellent opportunities for advancement. You will have broad responsibilities working closely with business and operations leaders. Employees come to BOND for a career, not a job.
Experience
The successful candidate will likely have between 3-8 years of law firm and/or in-house experience with expertise in construction law handling disputes and drafting commercial agreements.
Location/Relocation:
Norwood, MA. Preferred location is Massachusetts but open to Greater NYC area. Office attendance is expected three days a week.
Compensation
Targeted at $200K base with a 15% cash bonus.
