We are actively seeking Energy and Real Estate attorneys located in the Dallas, TX area with the following qualifications:
- 4-10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on renewable energy and real estate.
- Demonstrated expertise in advising on renewable energy and real estate transactions and experience with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing real estate agreements and handling diligence.
- Strong understanding of relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- JD Degree from an accredited institution.
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
- Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
- Provide legal guidance and strategic counsel to internal stakeholders; provide legal support on real estate transactions.
- Anticipate issues and provide resources, recommendations, and advice proactively.
- Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting the renewable energy industry, especially wind and solar.
