This includes in-depth knowledge of ASC 740 tax accounting and other necessary FASB pronouncements, as well as internal controls.Critical role in tax audits, including providing information and research findings. Major player in strategy development, as it relates to specific issues and positions in the tax returns.Apply highly advanced tax knowledge to support business needs. Considered an expert in the field and acts as an advisor to management. Contribute significantly to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. Must be highly proficient in section 861 concepts, specifically as applied to foreign tax credits and FDII.Provide leadership to directreports.Demonstrateexpertise in ability develop and train direct report(s). Promote an environment that encourages ongoing learning.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE : Reports to Director International Tax. Has responsibility for direct reports(s). Key contact for senior management throughout the tax and finance organization.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum of 8 years of international tax experience. Public Accounting or Fortune 500 corporate tax experience preferred.B.A. / B.S. in Accounting / Finance required. CPA and / or MST preferred, but not required.The base pay for this position is $127,300.00 – $254,700.00.
