What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program/Outpatient Therapist position at Accanto?

Position Summary:
Provides individual, group, or family psychotherapy for adolescent population in Intensive Outpatient Program for The Emily Program & Outpatient services for Gather Behavioral Health. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.
Compensation Range:
- Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $50,000-$70,000
- Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$80,000
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
Schedule:
- Full Time, 40 hours/week (0.5 FTE - GBH & 0.5 FTE TEP)
- The Emily Program - Intensive Outpatient Programming Hours: Monday-Thursday 4:00-7:00pm
- Gather Behavioral Health - Work remotely with flexible hours based on client and therapy needs. Note: Services are rendered in Central Time zone.
How Therapists Empower Recovery:
- Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.
- Co-Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.
- Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in the treatment of clients, ensuring interventions are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting healthy eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.
- Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.
- Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.
Qualifications:
- Current Associate or Independent licensure required in the state of employment required.
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.
- Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit obtained within 30 days of employment.
