Overview
We are seeking a Technician to join our team at a growing garden and farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, heavy lifting, irrigation tasks, and working with the plants. If you have a passion for working in a greenhouse environment this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to plant growth and environmental conditions
- Conduct heavy lifting activities as required for farm maintenance
- Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Use hand tools effectively for various tasks
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Assist in greenhouse operations and maintenance
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with greenhouse environments is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
