Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Financial Services Representative with a strong background in the sales and servicing of investment and insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships while delivering financial solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires active licensing and deep knowledge of financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell and service a broad range of investment and insurance products, including mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and retirement solutions.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations.
- Develop new business through client referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Maintain and deepen existing relationships by offering ongoing financial reviews and servicing support.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Stay current with financial market trends, products, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sales and service of investment and insurance products and services
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 or Series 66 licenses
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (must be current)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a client-centric mindset and goal-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) designation is highly preferred
- Experience working in a bank, credit union, or wealth management firm
- Knowledge of CRM tools and financial planning software
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
