Description:
The professional nurse providing care to ICU patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care.
RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).
MUST be willing to float to ED/MS during low census as "helping hands." Will not be taking assignments in these units.
Patient Ratio: 1 to up to 3. Average census is 2-4
Bed Size: 5 staffed by 2 RN's
ICU RN's responsible for tele monitoring of patients on the Med Surg Floor
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY!
