Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence Nurse (WOCN) required
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.
Exemption forms are available.IF APPROVED BY HEALTHSYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE.
Will not consider local candidates (those who reside within 50 miles of facility)
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
