LTC / Transitional Care PT

• Contract Length : 13 weeks
• Shift : 8hr Days (0800-1630; Mon-Fri)
• Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Nursing Experience
• First-Timers Accepted : Yes
• Weekend REQ : No; Schedule is Mon-Fri
• Certs REQ : BLS
• Is On-Call REQ? : No
• Will this traveler need to float between like units? : No
• Open to accommodating block schedule? : No
• Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
• Pending License Accepted : No; License required at time of signature
• RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager.
• Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
