Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - Evening Shift
Description:
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients in various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform X-rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment and submit them for interpretation by a Radiologist.
- Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment from company-provided vehicles to facilities for exams ordered by physicians.
- Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
- Perform EKGs (if required) and transmit results to Cardiologists for interpretation.
- Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, per protocol.
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating radiography equipment and transmitting images.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift and move equipment up to 100 pounds, with assistance as needed.
