Key Responsibilities:
- Lift and transfer residents (up to 100 pounds unassisted), bend, twist, push, and pull.
- Document vital signs, medication administration, resident behaviors associated with medication administration, and facility incident and accident reports.
- Meet with supervisory staff to report, review, and discuss medication administration processes and participate in review response.
