Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements related to the Accela Civic Platform.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system design documents, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Develop new features and functionalities within the Accela application to enhance user experience and meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Accela configurations and customizations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Accela solutions.
- Serve as an advisor to business units, ensuring that built solutions address root causes of business problems rather than just symptoms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on the Accela Civic Platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Accela EMSE scripting for customizations and automations within Accela.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
