Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Data Warehouse Technical Specialist to provide advanced architecture and technical expertise. This position requires a highly skilled individual with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead technical expert in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient database solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical and business ideas into clear, actionable plans and deliverables.
• Provide advanced technical support for enterprise-level systems, including architecture design, systems integration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform client needs assessments to recommend software, hardware, and system configurations that align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain automated and integrated systems to meet complex data processing and reporting requirements.
• Support applications and systems on diverse platforms, including IBM Mainframe, UNIX (Sun Solaris), and distributed server environments.
• Design and implement ETL workflows and data transfer methodologies between mainframes, servers, and distributed environments.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, data governance standards, and organizational policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of extensive experience with database platforms and tools, including Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• 5 years of hands-on experience deploying and managing databases on cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure, including cloud-native monitoring, backup, and recovery.
• 5 years of proven expertise in integrating on-prem and cloud databases using tools like Oracle Data Integrator, AWS DMS, or Azure Data Factory.
• 5 years of strong background in data cloud migration projects, with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing data pipelines and storage in cloud environments.
• 10 years of experience supporting applications based on various platforms and technologies, including Sun Solaris (UNIX).
• 10 years of experience supporting applications based on Linux OS.
• 5 years of experience supporting IBM Mainframe applications and migrating mainframe-based data to modern relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• 10 years of proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing Unix Shell scripts for task automation and process management in Unix-based environments.
• 10 years of advanced skills in C/C , SQL query writing, Stored Procedures, FTP, and Encryption/Decryption tools.
• 10 years of extensive experience with ETL, structured system development methodologies, and data transfer/interface methodologies.
• 5 years of knowledge in networking and security tools, including TCP/IP, Network, Firewall, VM Architecture, SSL Certificate Tools, and Active Directory.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage high-complexity work efforts.
