We are hiring a QA Tester with expertise in the Accela Civic Platform to ensure the quality and functionality of permitting, licensing, and regulatory solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the manual and automated testing of Accela applications, workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Accela Civic Platform applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Accela modules.
- Validate Accela workflows, configurations, and system integrations with third-party applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry best practices in system testing.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in Accela or government applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Familiarity with Accela Civic Platform, Accela Automation, and Accela APIs.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test scripting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in performance testing for government applications.
- Hands-on experience in Accela scripting, EMSE, and workflow validation.
- ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus.
