What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Accel Mechanical, LLC?
Our company is looking to hire an experienced office manager assistant to support the office administrator in the general operation of our office. If you’re a passionate self-starter, Accel Mechanical is the place for you. Duties will include answering the phone, dispatching calls to service technicians with internet-based tools, log invoices into accounting software, data entry, time card management and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and dispatch service calls to service technicians
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Support the development of office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Problem solve independently
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and support the design and implementation of new systems
- Provide other administrative support, including safety program, payroll, accounting, invoicing, entering bills, collections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
