Duties/Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone, text and email for scheduling needs.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers while handling their requests.
- Oversee and maintain technician schedules to ensure efficiency and set technician up to be able to complete all appointments.
- Monitor and handle tasks, answering service messages and voicemails in a timely manner.
