Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform crawlspace services including installing vapor barriers, administering borate treatments, installing sump pumps, dehumidifiers, and rodent exclusions.
- Collaborate within a team to remove old attic insulation, conduct thorough cleaning of the space, and install new insulation.
- Cultivate strong customer relations by proactively communicating with each client regarding the progress and completion of assigned services.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality workmanship to minimize the need for follow-up visits or callbacks.
- Uphold equipment functionality by conducting routine inspections and promptly reporting any identified issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned vehicle, conduct regular inspections, and promptly report any vehicle-related concerns to the direct supervisor.
- Accurately document all rendered services using designated software, ensuring comprehensive records of work performed are maintained.
