ACCEL Schools is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing / admissions team. With a network of 80 charter schools and growing, ACCEL Schools employs a diverse staff of passionate administrators and educators who value research-based practices and a desire to grow as professionals. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Marketing and Admissions team in daily administrative tasks
- Canvassing at grocery stores, parks and other public locations
- Tabling and approaching people to start conversation at public locations or community events
- Assist in the creation of signage, flyers, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials
- Help organize marketing events
- Seek and analyze competitor marketing materials both on and offline
- Enter contact information into contact management systems
- Provide support to social media efforts
- Design / layout of publications
- Manage website updates
- Assist with outbound and inbound calls
