Job Title: ABA Behavior Therapist/RBT

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisor (PS).
- Provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals.
- Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required; Accel Therapies will provide this if not held.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Previous experience as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive and team-player attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
