Job Description
The ABA Behavior Technician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior observations.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with BCBAs and PS.
Our Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
