Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings
- Collect and maintain data on client progress
- Develop and implement behavior modification techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities
- Previous childcare experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
