Your Role
You will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy programs for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. This will involve working directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for clients.
- Provide one-on-one support and interventions to clients in various settings.
- Collect and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
