About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Program Supervisor to join our team at Accel Therapies.
Job Summary
- Oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for clients with autism and other developmental needs.
- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including data-driven assessments of client progress and intervention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Program Oversight: Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement ABA programs tailored to each client's needs.
- Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to Behavior Technicians to ensure their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA.
- Client Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, including written reports detailing client progress and behavior assessment outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with strong understanding of behavior management techniques and interventions.
- Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
