Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients on their caseload.
This involves conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising and training Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, and implementing and tracking data against goals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong passion for the field, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
