Job Summary:
In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Responsibilities:
- Direct Client Support: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA.
- Data Collection: Record and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior observations during therapy sessions.
- Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
