About the Role
This position involves working directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals. You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS) to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including home, school, and community, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Client Support: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan.
- Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
