Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry
You will be responsible for:
- Implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for clients
- Collecting and maintaining accurate data on client progress
- Collaborating with BCBAs and PS to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
