Key Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a patient and caring approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
