Job Description:
As an ABA Behavior Technician at Accel Therapies, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in various settings following the behavior intervention plan.
- Record and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations during therapy sessions.
- Implement behavior modification techniques outlined in the individualized treatment plan.
- Work closely with team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
