This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful implementation of our ABA programs, which aim to empower children with autism and other developmental needs to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized ABA programs for clients
- Providing regular supervision and support to a team of Behavior Technicians
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including client progress updates and program evaluations
Requirements:
- Completed Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Significant experience in ABA therapy, including knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
