- Providing one-on-one support and interventions to clients in various settings

- Collaborating with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring
- Attending ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Previous childcare experience (highly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
