Job Responsibilities
This role involves implementing individualized ABA therapy programs, providing direct client support, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services. You will also be responsible for attending ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
- Implement Individualized Treatment Plans: Work with BCBAs and PS to develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans that address specific behavior goals.
- Provide Direct Client Support: Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, using behavior modification techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collect Data: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
