About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for clients with autism and other developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Individualized Treatment Plans: Work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA therapy programs that target specific behavior goals.
- Collecting Data: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required - Accel Therapies will provide this if you do not have one
- Reliable transportation is required
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities - Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of direct ABA experience
