Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community, following the behavior intervention plan developed by BCBAs and PS.
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Prior experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Previous childcare experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- A positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times are crucial.
