Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ABA Therapy Programs: Work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of BCBAs and PS.
- Collect and Maintain Data: Record and maintain accurate data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Previous childcare experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
