As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients with autism and other developmental needs. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct regular progress monitoring, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed. You will also supervise and train staff members on implementing treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications:

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
* 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
* Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
