Treatment Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Treatment Team Leader to join our team at Accel Therapies. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement clinically sound interventions.
- Support quality assurance efforts and contribute to the development of our clinical resources.
Requirements
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
- Proven experience in supervising and mentoring staff members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
