We are seeking a talented and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
You will implement individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisor (PS), you will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive and team-player attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
