Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS.
- Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Closely collaborate with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
