Your Compensation Package
You can expect a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20-25, based on your experience, degree, certifications, and other relevant factors. Additionally, we offer opportunities for advancement every 3-6 months, accompanied by pay raises. Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA therapy programs, under the guidance of certified professionals. Your key responsibilities will include direct client support, data collection, behavior intervention, collaboration with team members, and professional development through ongoing training and meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for this position. Previous experience as an ABA Therapist or in childcare is highly valued, as is a positive and team-player attitude, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
