Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients on their caseload. This includes conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients, as well as maintaining HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
- Valid certification as a BCBA required.
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
