">The Role: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
">We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients on your caseload.
">Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients ">
- Ensure HIPAA confidentiality is maintained at all times ">
- Represent the company professionally in all situations while adhering to company policies and procedures ">
- Develop and implement treatment plans, collecting data against goals ">
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors ">
- Promote internal curriculum and clinical resources to enhance empirically based intervention methods ">
- Support quality assurance, training, and other critical functions ">
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week ">
Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven ability to provide supervision and parent training across various settings ">
- Ability to efficiently use company technology for internal communications and data tracking ">
- Capacity to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments ">
- Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check ">
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred ">
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required ">
- Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required ">
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities ">
- Passion for the field and helping clients and their families ">
