The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for your caseload.
Your responsibilities will include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients, as well as maintaining HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
