Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Work with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of BCBAs and PS.
- Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Previous childcare experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
