Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals, under the supervision of BCBAs and PS.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
- Attend ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
