The Job Description
This position involves working as an ABA Behavior Technician at Accel Therapies, providing one-on-one support and interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for implementing individualized ABA therapy programs, collecting and maintaining data on client progress, and collaborating closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
- You will work directly with clients in various settings, including home, school, and community, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS.
- You will collect and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- You will implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
