Job Description
- As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors to implement individualized therapy programs for individuals with autism.
- You will provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals, while accurately recording and maintaining data on client progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary for the role.
- Prior experience as an ABA Therapist working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
