About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Program Supervisor to join our team at Accel Therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA programs, providing supervision and guidance to a team of Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with BCBAs to design and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of ABA programs for clients with autism and other developmental needs.
- Supervision and Guidance: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to Behavior Technicians to ensure their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with strong understanding of behavior management techniques and interventions.
- Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
