In this position, you will oversee the implementation of ABA programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure evidence-based practice. You will also be responsible for monitoring client progress, conducting regular assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching to Behavior Technicians, facilitate team meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports detailing client progress.
